Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MyNotify+ ("the app"), developed by Francesco Sarpellon (LoopSpark Studio, Treviso, Italy), handles your information. MyNotify+ is designed to be private by default: it requires no account and keeps your data on your device.

Data stored on your device

The notifications you create — their titles, times, schedules, and settings — are stored only on your device. This information never leaves your phone, is not transmitted to us, and is not backed up to any server we control. Uninstalling the app removes this data.

No account, no personal data collected by us

MyNotify+ does not ask you to register, does not collect your name, email, or contacts, and does not track your identity. We, as the developer, do not receive or store any personal information about you.

Notifications

The app uses your device's local notification system to deliver the reminders you schedule. Notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. Granting notification permission is required for the app to function; you can manage it at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of MyNotify+ displays ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may collect and process certain data, such as device identifiers, approximate location, and usage signals, in accordance with Google's policies.

• Consent: Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app presents a consent request managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ads are loaded. Your choice determines whether you receive personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Managing consent: You can review or change your consent at any time from Settings › Manage consent in the app.
• App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, the app also respects your App Tracking Transparency choice.

You can remove ads entirely through the optional one-time in-app purchase. Once ads are removed, the advertising SDK no longer requests ads.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase validation is handled by Apple's StoreKit on your device.

Children

MyNotify+ is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Data stored on your device is under your control and is removed when you uninstall the app. For matters relating to advertising data, please refer to Google's privacy resources linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
