Does CentoZeri collect any data about my child?

No. CentoZeri works entirely offline and collects nothing: no account, no login, no advertising, no analytics. Nothing ever leaves the device. Your child's progress is stored only on the device and is removed when the app is deleted.

Is there a subscription?

No. The first part of the journey is free, and there is a single optional one-time purchase, "Oltre il Googol", that unlocks all the stages, experiments, and final numbers — forever, with no subscription.

How do I restore the purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to the Parents area (behind the adult check), and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How can I stop my child from buying by accident?

The purchase is already placed behind a check for adults (a simple sum) before the buy screen ever appears. For extra control, you can also use Apple's built-in tools: iPhone Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions, where you can require a password for purchases or turn them off entirely.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.

Who is CentoZeri for?

It's made for curious children (roughly from age 8) and for grown-ups who love numbers. The explanations are deliberately simple: it's a way to spark wonder, not a textbook. The quantities it mentions (atoms, stars, ants) are scientific estimates that can change over time.
